Pitt police talk safety with UCDC children

Pitt police visited children at the University Child Development Center Dec. 3 to talk about their work and offer lessons about the use of 911, safe bicycling and car safety.   As part of their presentation, officers David Nanz, Michelle McDaniel and Jon Beck talked with UCDC 3-year-olds about dog safety with the help of the department’s explosives detection dog, Officer Riggs.
