Health Sciences produces web calendar

Pitt sponsors a bewildering variety of Health Sciences lectures, seminars, grand rounds and other public events. How can anyone keep track of them all?

The most comprehensive electronic source is the Health Sciences Web calendar (www.health.pitt.edu/webcalendar). The continually updated Web site posts detailed information on events sponsored by Pitt's six Health Sciences schools as well as related units such as the Faculty of Arts and Sciences' biological sciences department. Most of the events take place at Pitt, but some are at off-campus sites such as UPMC Health System hospitals. Unless otherwise specified, all events are free and open to the public. (Medical continuing education courses, for example, require fees and advance registration.) Users can view the entire calendar for days, weeks, months or other periods specified by the user. Or, users can narrow searches to events offered by specific schools.
