Deadlines

Health Benefits Selections

Sign-up period ends May 26. All employees must submit forms even if they are retaining the same selections.

Teaching Evaluation Surveys

Faculty members who want to schedule a survey should obtain a survey request from department chairs.

Deadlines for submitting requests are: June 16 for 4-week-2 and 12-week-2 term classes; July 10 for 6-week-2 term classes; July 14 for 4-week-3 term classes. Requests should be mailed to G-39 CL. (624-6147)

Calendar Deadline

The next issue of the University Times will be published June 8. It will contain events of June 8-22.

Information for events during that period must be received by 5 pm June 1, at 308 Bellefield Hall.
