Food drive runs through April

Pitt’s annual Partnership for Food Drive will collect nonperishable food and household items throughout April to benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.

The most needed items include foods such as peanut butter, canned tuna, meats, baby formula, chunky-type soups and stews. Also appreciated are dry cereal and household items such as paper products and cleaning supplies. Bulk goods are welcome.

Pitt collection sites are:

• William Pitt Union, Fifth Avenue lobby information desk

• Circulation desks at all University Library System libraries

• Posvar Hall main floor

• Barco Law School lobby and library

• Biomedical Science Tower entrance lobby

• Cathedral of Learning ground-floor elevator lobby

• Graduate School of Public Health first-floor lobby

• Craig Hall lobby

• Biotech center lobby

• School of Information Sciences fifth-floor lobby

• Litchfield Towers lobby

• Alumni Hall lobby
