Don’t forget – Books, Journals and More submission forms due Jan. 31
The University Times is compiling its annual listing of books, journals and creative efforts in other media. The deadline for submission is January 31, 2015.
Please furnish us with information on peer-reviewed books, journals, CDs, electronic publications, art exhibitions, films, plays or musical compositions you wrote, edited or produced during calendar year 2014.
Please only submit published works with a 2014 COPYRIGHT.
For space reasons, we cannot accept JOURNAL ARTICLES, SHORT STORIES, POEMS, CHAPTERS, SELF-PUBLISHED WORKS or individual WORKS of ART.
All submissions must be made using the online submission form. This form should be completed IN FULL and submitted electronically. Please complete a separate electronic form for each submission.
We also would appreciate receiving copies of the books, journals, book jackets, exhibition catalogues or CDs for illustration purposes. Items should be mailed to 308 Bellefield Hall. Submitted material will be returned in April, when the supplement is published. Digital scans of the illustrative materials can be emailed to delraso@pitt.edu.
