The incredible, edible books
Faculty, staff and students created, voted on and ate the entries in the University Library System’s annual Edible Book Fest
April 1.
According to the 109 members of the Pitt community who voted, the winners are:
Above:
“Alice in Hungerland”
by Lisa Ripper and Alex DeMand — overall favorite.
At right:
“Prozac Nation”
by Lauren Murphy — most creative use of materials.
“Heather Has Two ‘Mummies’”
by Miranda Nixon — best interpretation of a cover/scene.
