UPB admissions wins award

The Bradford campus recently was honored with a silver award in the 13th annual Admissions Advertising Award Competition, sponsored by the Admissions Marketing Report, a national organization of university and college admissions marketing professionals.

The winning campaign includes campus visitor literature, a student search piece, a student recruitment video and a viewbook with pictures of the campus and student life. The video also was judged individually and earned an award of merit.

More than 500 institutions from the U.S. and Canada entered materials, with nearly 1,800 entries, a record amount of submissions for the marketing report competition. Submissions were judged by a panel including creative directors from advertising agencies, marketing professionals and marketing professors.

The designer for the campaign was Rachel Rogers, a freelance designer from Frankfort, NY. "We've moved to a new level in all our recruitment and promotional materials," said Bob Dilks, director of transfer recruitment. "Rachel Rogers as well as our public relations and marketing people have been instrumental in helping us reach that level."
