Pitt physicians working at Paralympics
Two physicians at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's (UPMC) Center for Sports Medicine also will be working at the Paralympics for disabled athletes that will take place in Atlanta immediately following the Olympics.
Scott Grindel is a fellow in primary care sports medicine at Shadyside Hospital and Dan Somogyi is a fellow at St. Margaret's Hospital in Aspinwall. Both programs are administered by UPMC's Center for Sports Medicine.
