Successful Start to Total Rewards Study Ushers in Phase Three

Data collection for the first two phases of the job analyses for the Total Rewards study has ended. The phases, which included the academic segment of the University, achieved a high response rate. Phase three (also known as the Green Phase) will begin at the end of July and span September of this year and will encompass Computing Services & Systems Development, the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid and the regional campuses at Bradford and Titusville, among other parts of the Pitt community.

The Total Rewards study is a wide-ranging program that involves evaluation of base pay, benefits, professional development, work-life balance and recognition. The Total Rewards study launched in January 2017 and development is expected to span through 2018.

For more information about the Total Rewards program, visit the website, including the frequently asked questions page (employee login required). Employees can opt in for updates sent directly via email or text message. The Office of Human Resources’ Q&A column in the June 8 issue of the University Times featured answers to the most-asked questions about the project and job analysis questionnaires.
