Pitt plans 5-campus college fair

Pitt faculty and staff and their college-bound children are invited to the five-campus college fair, sponsored by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. The fair will be held March 4, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at the Alumni Hall Ballroom.

“The five-campus college fair was developed to provide faculty, staff and their dependents an opportunity to learn about the educational opportunities available throughout the University system,” said Colleen O’Neil, admissions and financial aid counselor. Representatives from all five campuses will be available to discuss their campus environments, academic programs and financial aid/scholarship offerings. Personnel from Benefits and Faculty Records will be available to discuss Pitt tuition option benefits.

The fair includes seminars on How to Write a College Essay, What Questions to Ask When Selecting a College, and Scholarships and Financial Aid. The seminars run concurrently every hour from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
