In Brief: Gaming That Boosts Your Financial Knowledge, Flu Shot Clinics at All Campuses

Square Up Your Savings, Increase Your Financial Know-How

Want a chance to win one of three iPad minis while learning more about money? Play Square Up Your Savings, a financial wellness game sponsored by TIAA.

Square Up Your Savings will challenge you to complete 10 savings missions. Along the way, you will build up your financial savings know-how and discover strategies to help to get or keep your savings on track. Every time you complete a mission, you’ll earn a square to place on the map where you think the virtual hidden savings might be. The more squares you earn, the more chances you’ll have to lay claim to the hidden savings and possibly win! At the end of the challenge, the Office of Human Resources will reveal the locations of the virtual hidden savings and the corresponding winning squares. If you’re the lucky owner of the winning square, you’ll receive a prize to help build your savings.

Starting Oct. 16, visit the game site to register for guest access by using your Pitt email and a new password. (For security purposes, do not use your Pitt account password for this account.)
