Members of the 2006 Pitt United Way steering committee include:

campaign manager Anne Franks, Institutional Advancement; and campaign co-chairs G. Reynolds Clark, community initiatives and chief of staff, Office of the Chancellor, and Daniel Edelstone, obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences.

Other steering committee members are: Kenyon Bonner, Student Affairs; Jean Ferketish and Kim Honath, Office of the Chancellor; Heidi Fonzi, Parking, Transportation and Services; Stacey Hallock, Trish White and Bill Young, Public Affairs; Chris Kenyhercz, Office of Administration, Health Sciences; George Klinzing, Office of the Provost; Michael LaFrankie, School of Medicine; Scott Lehman and Natalie Sten, Employee/Labor Relations; Sharon Malazich and Jill Ruempler, Special Events; Doug Martin, Tory Marvin, Jean McDonough, Fran Povlick and Mary Treganowan, Institutional Advancement, and John Wilds and Steve Zupcic, Community and Governmental Relations.

Steering committee member Ana Guzman heads the retirees campaign. Juli Lawrence, United Way of Allegheny County, serves as the United Way representative on the committee.
