Immersion MBA to be offered at UPG

The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business will offer the new Katz Immersion MBA (KIMBA) at the Greensburg campus beginning in September. The KIMBA program is the first master’s degree to be offered at Pitt-Greensburg.

Designed for working professionals, the program will provide an intensive MBA education by immersing students in coursework for three days a month over a two-year period.

Admission requirements, total credits and the curriculum design are consistent with the Katz school part-time MBA program.

Classes will be offered one weekend per month, Friday through Sunday. Students will be enrolled in a six-term, cohort-based program and will be required to complete 52.5 credits.

To be admitted to the program, students must have completed at least three years of post-undergraduate employment.

Course instructors primarily will be Katz school faculty from the Pittsburgh campus.
