Join the American Heart Association and commit to being more active during Move More Month this April.
Remember to make realistic health goals that you can easily achieve, like taking a daily walk, biking with your family or joining a fitness class at one of Pitt’s on-campus facilities. Staying hydrated and eating healthier can also help you take better care of yourself.

Wellness Center to Close April 24 for Staff Training
The MyHealth@Work health and wellness center will be closed on Tuesday, April 24, for all-day staff training. Health and wellness services will still be available over the phone for faculty and staff throughout the day.
Visit the MyHealth@Work web page for more information or call the Center at 1-866-647-3432 for any questions you may have. The Center will reopen during normal business hours on Wednesday, April 25.
