Learn how to cycle in the city with certified instructors

A Confident City Cycling Bicycle Class on July 22 is open to all students, faculty, and staff at Pitt and Carnegie Mellon University.

The class, taught by certified instructors, will teach participants how to confidently ride a bicycle on Pittsburgh streets.

Registration is required; all participants must wear a helmet and know how to ride a bicycle. Register here. The class is from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Pitt Bike Cave on Posvar Plaza.

Those who want to participate but don't own a bike can rent one from POGOH bike share for free.

Questions can be sent to Corey Robinson at car214@pitt.edu or Karen Brooks at kbr00ks@andrew.cmu.edu
