Lunch and Learn Workshop: How to Prepare for Performance Reviews
The Organization Development and Employee Relations departments in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) are available to assist supervisors and staff during the annual staff performance appraisal period, which ends on June 30, 2017.
Department supervisors in need of assistance with the appraisal program should consider joining the Organization Development Department for its final lunch and learn workshop on how to prepare for performance reviews on Wednesday, May 31. The workshop will help supervisors create measurable goals for staff, provide consistent coaching and collect feedback to plan for the next fiscal year.
The lunch and learn workshop will be held in conference room 342 in Craig Hall from noon to 1 p.m. Those interested in attending should register online.
