Retirees reception set for June 25
The William Pitt Union Ballroom will be the site of Pitt's fifth annual faculty and staff retirees reception on June 25, 1:30-4 p.m.
For $7 per person, retired employees and guests can enjoy refreshments and renew acquaintances. Chancellor Mark Nordenberg is expected to attend. More than 300 people, including Pitt retirees, their spouses or significant others, and spouses of deceased retirees have signed up for the reception, according to Special Events staff member Edward Gerenda Jr.
Free parking is available at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial garage for those who register for the event.
