Letters

envelopeTo the editor:

Pitt Communicators is a University-wide faculty and staff group interested in promoting awareness of informational resources at the University of Pittsburgh and beyond, and sharing communication-related strategies. Presentations and workshops are held periodically throughout the academic year. Any Pitt faculty or staff member is welcome to attend our events and/or become a member. If you would like to be added to the Pitt Communicators email list, please contact Lynn Shea at slynn@pitt.edu.

At our first event of the 2012-2013 academic year, on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at noon in 528 Alumni Hall, we will be pleased to welcome Cynthia Golden, director of Pitt’s Center for Instructional Development and Distance Education (CIDDE), as our guest speaker.  Cynthia and representatives from CIDDE will provide us with invaluable information about how this group can help you in your efforts to promote your school, host events and develop new marketing tools. Please feel free to bring a lunch and join us for this informational session. RSVP to kis9@pitt.edu.
