Program in Katz nominated for award

The Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence in the Katz Graduate School of Business has been nominated for a 2013 Award of Excellence from the University Economic Development Association (UEDA). The institute’s Entrepreneurial Fellows Center is a nominee in the innovation and entrepreneurship category.

The center is designed to provide founders and presidents of high-growth companies with the knowledge and skills needed to meet the business challenges faced on a daily basis.

Each year UEDA member universities around the country submit nominations for their innovative programs involving economic development. The awards, designed to help accelerate the programs by recognizing cutting-edge initiatives and promoting their adoption by other UEDA member universities, will be announced next month.
