Flu shots are free for University faculty and staff and their dependents who subscribe to the University’s medical insurance through UPMC Health Plan.

University faculty and staff must bring their University ID and their UPMC Health Plan card; dependents will need to bring their own UPMC card.

Vaccinations on campus are available only to adults age 18 and older. Dependent children under 18 should consult with their pediatrician.

Falk Pharmacy offers flu shot clinics every Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through December.

In addition, flu shot clinics are being held at the following Pittsburgh campus locations:

• Monday, Sept. 30: Scaife Hall lecture room 6, noon-4 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 2: 342 Craig Hall, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 7: Posvar Hall Galleria, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 9: 503 Bridgeside Point, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 14: William Pitt Union Ballroom, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
• Monday, Oct. 21: Parran Hall commons area, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
