Lectures on parenting issues set

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) and the University Child Development Center (UCDC) are sponsoring a lecture series in the William Pitt Union, noon-1 p.m.

March 12: "Parents as Advocates for Children in Schools," Sherry Cleary, director, UCDC.

March 19: "What Does a Healthy Family Look Like?" Cindy Rhodes, counselor, FSAP.

March 26: "Balancing Work and Family," Linda Sturdivant, counselor, FSAP.

April 2: "When Your Teenager Has the Blues: Depression in Adolescents," Brain McKain, assistant director, School and Community Outreach, Services for Teens at Risk.

April 9: "Who's the Boss?…Issues in Parenting Your Young Child," Sherry Cleary.

April 16: "Separation or Divorce: Issues for Parents," Mary Heath, counselor and account manager, FSAP.
