Any guess on when salaries will average $177,200?

To the editor:

I propose that each University of Pittsburgh faculty member contribute a dollar toward a tontine to be won by the estate of the faculty member whose death is closest to the time that any University of Pittsburgh liberal arts department average salary becomes $177,200.
