Trustees name search committee
The appointment of 21 members of the search committee for a new permanent chancellor will be announced at the Board of Trustees' annual meeting today, June 22, at 9 a.m. in the William Pitt Union Assembly Room.
The committee members are listed on page 3 of this issue of the University Times in a Chancellor Search Update published at the Board of Trustees' request.
The Update, the first of a series of such reports to be printed in the Times, also includes a message to the University community from the trustees' new chairperson, J.W. Connolly, and announces that the board has hired an executive search firm, Korn/Ferry International, to help in identifying prospective candidates for the chancellor's job.
