TIAA Plans December Webinars

Join TIAA for upcoming live webinars in December:

• Integrating Healthcare into Your Retirement Plan on Dec. 5 will help you plan for the cost of health care in retirement, including the benefits and costs of Medicare;
• Giving with an Educational Focus on Dec. 6 will help you discover options to gift assets with an educational focus; and
• A Financial Guide for Women on Dec. 7 will include topics tailored to women, including retirement savings tips and how to make your money work hard for you.

LifeSolutions’ next webinar, Emotional Composure – Remaining Unruffled & Dynamic Under Stress, takes place on Dec. 19 and will cover topics including acknowledging your emotions, understanding your personal stress style and how to exercise control.

Flu Shots at Falk Pharmacy

If you haven’t received your flu shot yet, take advantage of walk-in clinics at Falk Pharmacy held every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Nov 29.

Starting on Dec. 1, the pharmacy will administer vaccines on a walk-in basis during their regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Additionally, free flu shots are available at pharmacies located at Giant Eagle, Rite Aid and CVS Minute Clinic by showing your UPMC Health Plan member card.
