Primack to Address Faculty, Student Awardees at Honors Convocation

The University’s recent academic accomplishments will be highlighted tomorrow at the 42nd annual Honors Convocation. A hallmark event for the University, the ceremony recognizes the achievements of student and faculty over the past year.

Brian Primack, dean of the University Honors College and director of the Center for Research on Media, Technology, and Health, will address an audience of faculty, students and guests. Primack is also the Bernice L. and Morton S. Lerner Endowed Chair and a professor of medicine, pediatrics, and clinical and translational science. He was named leader of the University Honors College in summer 2017.

Among the featured awards will be the Omicron Delta Kappa Senior of the Year Award and the Chancellor’s Distinguished Public Service, Teaching and Research Awards.
