Chapel at Pitt-Bradford planned
Pitt-Bradford has received $1 million from anonymous donors, in honor of campus benefactor Harriett B. Wick, to build an interfaith chapel. The chapel will feature a sanctuary seating 150, a high or vaulted ceiling, a wooden floor and space for a pipe organ or choir. Albert Filoni of MacLachlan, Cornelius and Filoni Architects designed the chapel. Campus officials hope to break ground in the fall. UPB is launching a fundraising campaign to raise the money to build the chapel, which is expected to cost $2.5 million.
