Children’s Literature Conference will focus on online keynote this year

The annual Children’s Literature Conference at Pitt–Greensburg usually features a variety of breakout sessions, focusing on fresh children's programming ideas for librarians and educators.

This year, because of the pandemic, there will be just one keynote address from Sharee Miller, author and illustrator of “Princess Hair,” “Don’t Touch My Hair” and “Michelle’s Garden.”

The 60-minute, online presentation at 6 p.m. March 15 will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. Miller speech is free and open to the public. Register here to receive a Zoom link.

The regular conference, which is usually held in May, will not take place this year.
