Letter to the editor: Give me Pittsburgh!

These Forbes rankings fail to take into account what it costs to live in these states after you graduate. Try to buy a house anywhere in California or the Boston area. One of my friend/colleagues just came back to visit. He took a job at Stanford. He and his wife are both physicians, and they cannot afford to buy a house. They are renting. Salary is not the best indicator of quality of life. It depends on where you live! Give me Pittsburgh!
