Sign up for the Journaling For Emotional Well-Being Workshop

The Senate Library committee, in collaboration with the University Counseling Center, is hosting a Journaling for Emotional Well-Being Workshop from 10 to 11 a.m. March 22 in the Alcoa Room of the Barco Law Building.

The program, funded by the Year of Emotional Well-Being, will focus on how writing down your feelings and thoughts can help bring relief from internal tensions, fears and more.

The session will be led by people from the University Counseling Center and will including special writing tips from University Times writer Marty Levine.

Participants will have time to ask questions and do some journaling, if they want. Journals and light refreshments will be provided.

Additional journaling workshops will be held April 12 in William Pitt Union and in May. Details are forthcoming.
