Symposium will honor memory of Public Health’s Lewis Kuller

The Department of Epidemiology in the School of Public Health will host a memorial symposium on March 23 in honor of Professor Emeritus Lewis H. Kuller, who died in October

To celebrate Kuller, former long-time chair of epidemiology, invited speakers — Anne Newman, Oscar Lopez, Bruce Psaty and Ross Prentice — will discuss his many scientific achievements and share remembrances.

To continue Kuller’s legacy at Pitt Public Health, memorial contributions can be made to the Lewis H. Kuller Scholarship Award.

The symposium will be from 1 to 5 p.m. March 23 at the University Club, Ballroom A, or on Zoom.

Register by March 9 to indicate which sessions you will be attending and if you will be participating in-person or via livestream. The Zoom link will be available at the end of the registration survey. Registration is required.
