The industrial supplier Grainger and the University of Pittsburgh are collaborating for the 3rd annual Pitt Grainger show on June 4.
There will be more than 40 suppliers present, with various products available for members of the campus community to familiarize themselves with and potentially acquire to make job activities safer.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 4 in Schenley Quad, near Amos and McCormick Halls.
Products demonstrations will cover several topics, including Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) by ZOLL Medical Corp.; dispenser training; Eco Best Technology gloves; electrical safety; equipment repairs and upkeep; everyday use of batteries; flood mitigation; floor care; Grainger processes and partnership; heat stress; metalworking safety; outdoor equipment and vacuums; PPE and fall protection; power tool safety; proper signage; stop the bleed kits, and and more.
