Teaching Evaluation Surveys
Faculty members who want to schedule a survey should obtain a survey request from department chairs. Deadlines for submitting requests are: June 16 for 4-week-2, 12-week & term classes; July 10 for 6-week-2 classes; July 14 for 4-week-3 classes. Requests should be mailed to G-39 CL (624-6147).
