Correction
English professor William Kerrigan, cited in a letter published in the May 23, 1996, University Times, is a faculty member at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, the University's news office confirms. The letter writer incorrectly identified Kerrigan as being a faculty member at Amherst College. Doug Wilson, secretary for public affairs at Amherst College, said that Kerrigan is not a member of the Amherst College faculty.
