The University thanked its United Way campaign volunteers and major donors at a luncheon Sept. 24 in Alumni Hall. G. Reynolds Clark, vice chancellor for community initiatives and chief of staff for Chancellor Mark A. Nordenberg, spoke at this year’s luncheon.

Pitt will kick off its annual United Way campaign Oct. 4 with a training session and breakfast for campaign coordinators. The campaign will run through Nov. 2.

Pledges to the campaign can be made online by logging into my.pitt.edu and clicking on the United Way donation button. Contributions can be made by check or payroll deduction.
