The Pitt Board of Trustees Sept. 27 meeting will be the last for Cynthia Moore, deputy secretary and senior associate legal counsel for the board. 

Subject to the approval of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees, she will take on the role of secretary and special counsel to the Tennessee board in January 2020.
