Eating healthy tips from Pitt nutritionists

Trisha Cousins and Caroline Passerrello, registered dietitian nutritionists in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Department of Sports Medicine & Nutrition, shared some tips for maintaining a healthy diet during the holiday season with our friends at UPMC.

Cousins is an instructor and clinical coordinator for the Coordinated Master in Nutrition and Dietetics program and Passerrello is a part-time instructor.
