In addition, the Office of the Provost will confer its 18th annual Provost’s Award for Excellence in Doctoral Mentoring during the 2022-2023 academic year. The award acknowledges graduate faculty members for excellence in the mentoring of research doctoral students.

Nominations should be sent electronically to Amanda Godley (vpgodley@pitt.edu), vice provost for graduate studies. The guidelines for this award are available on the provost’s website. The nomination deadline is Oct. 14.
