The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority’s 6-phase water main replacement project on Bates Street has progressed to phase 3.

In this six-week phase, work will occur between McKee Place and Semple Street.

McKee Place traffic will not be able to turn left onto Bates Street, but will be able to turn right to access the Boulevard of the Allies.
