COI forms due April 16
April 16 is the deadline for filing annual conflict of interest disclosure forms using the Superform system at https://coi.hs.pitt.edu. For all related information visit the Conflict of Interest web site at www.coi.pitt.edu/directive.htm.
For technical assistance with the University’s Superform, click on the link provided on the Superform login page, or call 8-2222.
Supervisors must send the management reporting forms and annual data summary reports to the provost or senior vice chancellor for Health Sciences by May 15.
