Partnerships of Distinction nominations due Dec. 1

Nominations are due Dec. 1 for the Senior Vice Chancellor for Engagement Award for Partnerships of Distinction.

The award annually recognizes outstanding partnerships that are exemplars of community engagement. Up to five awardees may be chosen annually. Each award consists of a $2,000 grant to support partnership activities. The 2021 awards will be given out during the University’s Community Engaged Scholarship Forum on March 2, 2021.

Being selected as a Partnership of Distinction also gives the partnership an opportunity to be nominated by the University for other national awards such as the Peter C. McGrath Community Engagement Scholarship Award and W.K. Kellogg Community Engagement Scholarship Award.

Nomination materials and more information, including eligibility requirements, can be found in Competition Space. A letter from the community partner involved in the project is required as part of the nomination.
