Those who couldn’t attend any of the Shaping the Workplace engagement sessions can now participate online.
The Shaping the Workplace website, which is accessible through the Pitt Portal, has added feedback spaces for each of the goals outlines by David DeJong, vice chancellor for Human Resources. These include: Salary, benefits, work-life balance, performance review and talent development, and work environment.
The feedback questions are the same as those asked to people at the live sessions. There also is a link to add general feedback to the plan to Human Resources’ plan for the modernization and holistic review of Pitt’s compensation and benefits system.
