The Chancellor’s annual Staff and Faculty Appreciation Picnic will be from noon to 2 p.m. May 11 at Posvar Patio and Schenley Drive.

Remember to bring your Pitt ID. You’ll need it to enjoy all the festivities. And Show off your Pitt pride by wearing blue and gold attire.

If you register by May 4, you will be entered for raffle drawings that will be announced throughout the picnic. Prizes include gift baskets, Pitt swag, parking passes and much more. Winners do not need to be present to win. 

For those traveling into Oakland for the picnic, the Pitt will validate parking in the Soldiers and Sailors Parking Garage between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Just inform the attendant before returning to your car, show your Pitt ID, and share that you were at the picnic.
